A hands on, interactive, scaleable workshop that has your team do improv games and discover keen insights that they can own and adopt at work and in life.

Our Improv Workshops are fun, effective, results-driven and proven to work. Instead of being shown a PowerPoint which your team first must understand, then must buy into, then embody, we just cut to the chase. We have them play games which trigger the embodied behaviours that you desire as an outcome. This way they discover it for themselves and therefore own it. Plus, it’s fun! Our workshops are also non-performative. We are helping you develop skills, not become a performer.

With a participant instructor ratio of no more than 1:18 everyone gets time to play and discover the lesson from the game for themselves. The more people on your team, the more facilitators we bring in. This way everyone can participate fully and learn for themselves what it means to improvise. The session can be anywhere from light and breezy to being drilling down deeply and really focusing on developing skills and ways of thinking that give you a solid return on your investment.

All of our workshops can be customized. We can focus on communication and connection. Or perhaps your team struggles with collaboration. We even have workshops that focus on Mental Well-Being. We build what your team needs help with.

**As you probably know, building a skill takes consistent practice. It is the same with improv exercises for developing human skills. One improv workshop is like dipping a toe into the ocean. Participants will learn some new ideas and have a couple realizations but for the skills to stick and not go back to old habits, having more workshops will help create long lasting benefits and results for your team and company. Improv classes for performers are usually between 4 to 6 weeks, the same number of sessions works for improv for human skills. We suggest buying 4 sessions of 2-hour workshops spread over 1-2 months.
